Semi-integrated headset (zs) for frames with 49mm head tube at the top. In our zs49 headset upper part, the combination of stainless steel angular contact ball bearings and sophisticated seals ensures longevity with minimal maintenance and thus more carefree time in the saddle.
Headsets are inconspicuous but indispensable. Above all, a headset is more complex than it seems at first glance. We have spent years tinkering and thinking about our zs49 headset so that you never have to: you can simply install it and have peace of mind for a long time. This is ensured by a double-sealed angular contact ball bearing made of stainless steel, which we fill with our optimized headset grease. The two sealing discs with double lip seals keep the grease safely inside the industrial ball bearing and moisture and dirt cannot penetrate the bearing. This means we can offer you long-lasting functionality, no matter what happens. Our zs49 upper part is completed with additional seals that prevent dirt and water from even penetrating the headset bearing. This guarantees a long service life despite minimal maintenance - so that you can maximize your time behind the handlebars and enjoy it without restrictions.
